Service is quick, they have an efficient process. I did have some issues. Advised that tire was low as they were doing rotation. They rotated but did not check tire pressure and did not reset tire sensors. They also said they cleaned windshield when they in fact did not. A little pricey and prices were not discussed until they had me in bay. Checked coolant and said engine is hotter than should be and that I had original coolant from 2020 per the testing apparatus used, not completely factual as I had to add coolant, felt like it was an upsell tactic. I liked the process, you wait in your vehicle and done in 10-15 minutes. They provided a bottle of water and an air freshener as perks. After …

I will never ever go to your establishment again. Other than the high price. Your staff failed to put the cover on the bottom of my vehicle back in place. As a result it was dragging on the ground as I was driving. It sounded like my brakes suddenly went bad. As I was driving to work I was passing the building on South New Hope rd that has large windows. That’s when I saw the cover dragging. Too late to go back, I was headed to work. I tried calling, but the AI phone system is a perfect gate keeper. It helps that you can’t get out of your car that way you don’t see their errors until it’s too late. One last thing , you can’t brig me the dip stick hold it horizontal so the oil runs back down…

So I see a sign out front that says free fluid topoff.I turn around for i was not going that direction. Upon arriving I was greeted by a lady with water ,which was nice.I told her about the sign then she looked at my old oil sticker then she says that's just for customers. I let her know the sign does not say that.Then she said you can speak to the manager. Was told same by manager.In my opinion every person in front of you is always a potential customer.Take the misleading sign down and treat everyone as such.

I had a very positive experience at the Gastonia location. They not only completed my oil change, a new air filter, and a coolant exchange in a timely manner (under 15 minutes) but provided me a cold water while I waited. A very polite and knowledgeable young lady named Rebecca provided me with excellent customer service while Darryl serviced my car and also did an amazing job. It was quick, efficient, and I will absolutely be a returning customer in the future!

Been to Take 5 in Gastonia many times with no issues or concerns until now. I will not be back as I was left on the side of the road for over 2 hours. Upon restarting my vehicle I smelled oil and was reassured everything was fine. As I drove toward my home I made it approximately 2 1/2 miles when warning lights starting going off starting with my engine light then my battery light. I immediately pulled over only to find I had an oil leak. I called Take 5 to let them know the situation.
